- Cannot be called yet ingame.
- Allows the setting of all `config.ini` variables.
- Allows the setting of callwords.

- Now the program uses the QSettings class to manipulate the
`config.ini`.
- Support for multiple audio devices and options menu started.

This would work, were it not for some freak stack corruption caused by
GCC not liking the Discord RPC library...
